Mrs. Ruikers was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
She completed her bachelor study in Dental Healthcare Management in 1986.

She worked for different companies as Financial and Human Resource Manager and utilized this experience from the first day she started at Aviocom in 2006.
Her responsibilities within Aviocom is the management of our Accounts Payable and Receivable, and in drafting our formal rules and guidelines to hire, train, assess and reward the members of Aviocom’s workforce.

In her free time she likes equestrian sport and is passionate for Dressage which she considers as the ultimate expression of horse training and elegance.
